Kremlin: Putin, Scholz discuss ‘blocked’ peace talks in Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz discussed Ukraine in a phone call on Friday, the Kremlin said.

According to the Kremlin, Putin told Scholz that progress in the end-to-end talks was “essentially hindered by Kyiv.”
