Flight data flying MU5735 indicate that the China Eastern Airlines plane crashed in March deliberately fell to the groundaccording to an investigation conducted in the United States that reached the local media through anonymous sources.

So far, the researchers no mechanical or technical errors were detected on the plane, reports say, citing a preliminary assessment by U.S. officials.

ABC News, citing U.S. officials, also reported that the accident was believed to be caused by an intentional act.

Investigators examining the crash are looking into whether it was due to an intentional action on the flight deck, and found no evidence of a technical malfunction, according to Reuters, citing two people who spoke about the matter.

According to anonymous sources cited by The Wall Street Journal, the plane landed almost vertically within two minutes. until it falls in Tengxian.

Chinese authorities have issued a statement in which they emphasize that neither the country nor the US authorities have leaked any kind of information about the investigation to any media outlet.

The Civil Aviation Administration of China stressed that investigations are constantly evolving and focus on the identification, classification and inspection of debris, analysis of flight data or experimental verification.

Chinese state censorship has already identified those who commented on the information, blocking access to news citing the hypothesis and the labels on which they were discussed on social networks, appearing in exchange for a message stating that “they are violating the laws and regulations” of the country.

The pilots

China Eastern Airlines has already said the three pilots are on board they are qualified and in good health.

The airline told the Wall Street Journal separately that there was no indication that any of the pilots there was a financial problem.

The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) said last month that reports that the plane may have intentionally crashed had “seriously misled the public” and “disrupted work on the accident investigation”.

Chinese airlines in general they have a good safety record: The last major accident occurred 12 years ago.
