The World Health Organization (WHO) announced this Thursday (19) that it has approved the emergency use of the Convidecia vaccine from the Chinese laboratory CanSino Biologics at a time when Beijing is battling a covid epidemic.

The vaccine, in which the modified human adenovirus technique is used, is administered as a single dose and is recommended by WHO for all age groups starting from the age of 18.
