At least three people were injured, one seriously, when a man attacked his wife with a knife on Friday in a town in southeast Norway.
Initially described as an “indiscriminate” attack by the police, the incident took place in the Numedal valley town of Nore og Uvdal, with a population of less than 3,000.
“We can confirm that there was a family connection between the attacker and one of the stabbed persons,” Inspector Odd Skei Kosvteit said in a statement. said.
