While the legendary British band Rolling stones opens this Wednesday in Madrid on 60th anniversary European tourin the first of a series of 14 concerts on the continent, the steps taken by its members in the last few hours are the subject of controversy and constant monitoring on social networks.

Singer and leader Mick Jagger posted some photos in the tea tonight social networks to tell how much he “is having fun” in Madrid, where he visited “from fallen angels to flamenco”.

In the first photo, Jagger poses next to the Statue of the fallen angel of the Retiro from Madrid; in the second, next to the facade of a well-known bar in the Chueca district of Madrid; in the third against Guernica by Picasso of the Reina Sofía Museum (situation that has generated intense controversy as it is forbidden to take pictures with the magnificent work in the background) and in the fourth in an unidentified garden.

Also, according to Informativos Telecinco, the singer went to the restaurant Tortillas del Gabino and left a special gift and a generous tip. There, as detailed by Aaron, the counter of the Madrid restaurant. Jagger and his staff were delighted. “He LOVED the food,” explained Aaron.

As for the bill, that of the singer and his partner was around 65 euros, while that of his bail amounted to 170. After paying, he left a tip of 200 euros, which “was distributed among all the workers of the place”.

For himself, the artist he gave Aaron one of his feathers with which he plays his historic guitar.

The Wanda Metropolitano stadium of Atlético de Madrid will be the chosen venue for the start of the Tour of the “sixty”.after the success of “No Filter” in the second half of 2021 in the United States, with more than one million tickets sold.

In total, thirteen European cities will receive the Stones. After Madrid, the band will play in Munich and then in Liverpool, at the Anfield stadium. A special concert, as Rolling hasn’t played for more than 50 years in the city where the Beatles were born. Amsterdam, Bern, Milan, London (two concerts), Brussels, Vienna, Lyon, Paris, the German city of Gelsenkirchen and finally Stockholm (31 July) will be the stops of this tour.

In addition to celebrating their 60th birthday, Rolling will celebrate the 50th anniversary of one of their iconic albums in 2022, “Exile on the main road”.
