The attack of a Bengal tiger in a private zoo in Michoacán, Mexico ended in the worst possible way, when the keeper who was about to feed him stroked the feline with his hands inside the fabric. Suddenly, the animal grabbed his right hand until it mutilated.
Mexican media claim that José de Jesús, 23, was bitten on his right hand by a caged Bengal tiger in Peribán, Michoacánin western Mexico on Monday afternoon, before dying hours later of a suspected heart attack, doctors said.
The horrific footage of the video shows the zookeeper telling the cat to come to him while standing behind a mesh fence with an outstretched hand.
But when he starts stroking the tiger’s neck, the animal suddenly he sinks his teeth into his hand and pulls him towards the fence. De Jesús screams in agony as the tiger pulls his hand with its fiercely strong jaw.

A second video released shows a large pool of blood on the ground after the caretaker was taken away in an ambulance.
Emergency services admitted De Jesus to the hospital, but he refused to let doctors amputate his mutilated hand, according to some media.
Due to his diabetic condition, his health deteriorated until he suffered a severe heart attack and died, doctors said.
The video would be posted by the owner of the animals, who kept them in a private zoo.
The caretaker has reached the cage to pet him before feeding him.
The tiger’s owner told local media that he had paid the man’s medical bills, adding that he had all the necessary permits to own the tiger.
Tiger keepers in Mexico require a permit from the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources (Semarnat) to keep the animals.
It was reported that the owner would also have a lion and a crocodile on the same site, the Daily Mail reports.
