Russia bombed a residential area in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, on Sunday, injuring at least four people. “A 7-year-old girl was sleeping peacefully in Kiev until a Russian cruise missile blew up her building,” Ukraine’s foreign minister said.

The Ukrainian capital has not recorded Russian attacks since the beginning of June, and a fire broke out on the top three floors of the building, according to AFP journalists present at the scene.
