The mayor of the Ukrainian city of Kherson, Igor Kolykhaev, was arrested by Russia and its separatist allies, according to the statement made today by the deputy head of the occupation government of the municipality, cyrillic stremusov, According to the Russian state news agency Ria Novosti.
