What started out as a glitch quickly turned into an emotional drama for one woman, who went from believing her cell phone didn’t work to discovering the sad truth: the device worked fine. but it was her children who did not call her.
The situation was experienced in mid-2021, in Mexico, and in recent weeks it has returned viral, especially due to the reprehensible attitude of the young man towards his mother. And also for the happy ending that the situation has had and which has spread illusion and hope to the people.
The sad case took place in a commercial gallery in Mexico and was filmed by the camera in the technical room where the lady went to repair her phone.

The salesperson, realizing that the customer didn’t understand much about technology, first tried to scam her and asked her for a large sum of money to fix it. Unable to afford it, she decided to retire. Fortunately, another boy who was in a place near her overheard her and asked for her cell phone. “I went with that guy and he made me pay a lot of money. I don’t have that money, What I want is to talk to my children. “ She told him distressed by the situation.
The seller tried to scam the grandmother, who asked for another consultation.
Realizing that there was no problem with the phone, the clerk told her he would fix it for free. She brought me a cell phone to be repaired because it doesn’t work. All she wants is to talk to you. I don’t know if I’ll be able to achieve that miracle. Days later, the lady returned with one of her children who eventually decided to communicate with her. “The calls didn’t come,” the employee told him to hide the sad reality. “How much do I owe you?” Aurora asked as she thanked him. “You don’t owe me anything,” replied the clerk.
