A shocking video shows the moment when a man fleeing the police jumped from the elevated tracks of the brooklyn subway on the terrace of a building across the street, while passersby begged him not to take the dangerous leap.
Kendall Floyd25 years old, he was walking Williamsburg On Wednesday afternoon, when officers saw him driving without a seat belt and stopped him, authorities said.

Despite his clumsy escape attempts, Floyd sustained a leg injury after the dramatic fall and was taken into custody by officers, police said. He was indicted on several counts: hitting cash, reckless danger, misconduct, false impersonation, two counts of trespassing, disorderly conduct and seat belt violation. His decision cost him.
Floyd, of Queens, was transferred to Woodhull Medical Center in stable conditions, authorities said. The officer injured during the car’s initial stop went to Brooklyn Hospital Center to be checked. He too is out of danger.
