Police believe Luiz da Silva Neto, 36, may have claimed other victims as well. According to the court, the two men woke up naked in the convict’s home, not knowing what had happened.
A Brazilian who drugged two men to have sex with them has been sentenced to 22 years in prison.
Luiz da Silva Neto, 36, committed the first offense in November 2021 and the second offense the following month at a home in Oxfordshire in south-east England.
According to British Justice, both victims awoke at the scene naked and not knowing what had happened.
One of them said that despite her trauma, she was happy to help “protect other people from this beast.”

Police said they think Silva Neto may have committed more crimes and are urging potential victims to contact the authorities.
Silva Neto’s nationality was confirmed to BBC News Brasil by Thames Valley police investigating the case.
“We are open-minded in case Silva Neto may have committed other crimes,” police said in an email to BBC News Brasil.
“Due to investigations, we cannot confirm whether other victims have come forward at this time.”
During the trial, the prosecution said that Silva Neto had mixed his victims’ drinks with drugs such as GHB (also called liquid ectasia), GHL, or another similar substance.
Prosecutor Matthew Walsh described them as an “aphrodisiac” that may have “euphoric and hallucinogenic effects”.
Both are colorless, odorless and soluble in liquids. Difficult to detect, drugs are quickly absorbed by the body.
Silva Neto told the police that all sexual contact with the two men was consensual, which was rejected by the prosecution.
Holden-White said, “Silva Neto deliberately attacked straight men because she believed they were less likely to report crimes to the police, but she was wrong.” Said.
“The two victims showed tremendous courage and Silva Neto was convicted and imprisoned because of them.”
What happened?
According to the court, the first victim alleges that Silva Neto drank the alcohol she offered when she went to work at her home, but “suddenly began to feel tired”.
She fell asleep fully clothed, but when she awoke she was naked and her body was “not working as if she had been paralyzed” after she was sexually assaulted.
The next morning, he felt “split in two,” but as he was leaving, he saw an empty syringe and was “convinced he was drugged.”
Silva Neto was found guilty by a jury of administering a numbing substance in order to have sex with him and causing him to engage in sexual activity without his consent.
‘Sad and sad’
The second victim was at a famous nightclub in an upscale London neighborhood with her friends and had been married for only a few weeks when Silva Neto took her to Oxfordshire in a rental car. When the Brazilian offered to help, the man said he was drunk and was trying to get home.
After being drugged, the man was raped by the Brazilian.
The next day he awoke naked “in a foreign house” “with no idea what had happened”, “confused, distressed and upset” before returning home to London.
The young man was reported missing and “could not explain the hours between leaving the bar and waking up in bed”.
In court, the victim said she was happy to help “break the chain and protect others from this beast.”
Judge Michael Gledhill described Silva Neto as a “sexual predator” and said the man was “totally traumatized”.
For this crime, Silva Neto was found guilty of rape, given a drug to numb the man in order to have sex with him, and causing him to engage in sexual activity without his consent.
In England and Wales, the legal definition of rape is “intentionally inserting one’s penis into another person’s vagina, anus or mouth without the other person’s consent”.
‘Very dangerous man’
“My life has changed forever, it will never be the same again,” the first victim said in court. “I live alone with him every day,” she added.
Second, she said she was experiencing “severe anxiety.” He said it was very difficult to “remember the horrible things this man did to me.”
The judge ordered Silva Neto to serve at least two-thirds of his sentence.
Thames Valley Police Inspector James Holden-White, who led the case, described the Brazilian as “a very dangerous man who used a very talented working style and the streets are now a much safer place with behind bars.”
