He called for the creation of financial mechanisms for rapidly growing Russian companies in order to raise national capital for their development.

“To be honest, the Russian financial system was not ready to provide tools to companies that did not have assets or huge profits, but had a lot of growth potential,” said the Kremlin chief.

Among them, he mentioned Ozon, one of the first Russian e-commerce companies, which last year sold about $ 8.65 billion worth of goods.
