“Around 1 am the bell of our local police rang and the woman there said she had killed her husband. She was very nervous,” Bussolengo deputy mayor Giovanni Amantia told ANSA.

According to Ferreira, the two were married on April 2 of this year, but she was a victim of domestic violence and reported that her husband “cheated her often.”
The woman also said that she killed Vetrioli (19), who was working as a professional driver, by stabbing her in the heart between Tuesday night and this Wednesday morning, and decided to surrender to the police to confess what she had done. .
Neighbors told police that Ferreira had lived there for a short time, but that they had never heard of fighting or any abnormality in the house.
