Hope… but also fears

Volodymyr Zelensky was speaking from the port of Odessa on Friday as the Turkish ship in question began to fill up with grain, for the first time since the beginning of the Russian invasion on February 24. “The most important thing for us is that the port works, and that people work,” he said on this occasion, surrounded by Ukrainian officials and ambassadors from the G7 country.

“We think it will start. […] But we don’t know how it’s going to happen, because we know who we’re dealing with.”
