Keeping an intimate journal is an exercise that many psychologists recommend.
We often associate the idea of a diary with child’s play, but many psychologists advise their adult clients to do so write down all thoughts and feelings in an orderly way because it can have multiple welfare benefits.
From organizing thought, to promoting self-knowledge, and also as a tool for making better decisions, the benefits that specialists attribute to the exercise of keeping a personal journal are multiple and highly therapeutic.
Of course, it is a very intimate object where recordings of secrets, memories, experiences and thoughtstherefore no one would want anyone without permission to read all of his intimacies.
So did a girl named Val, who used her diary to write her darkest thoughts down to her one day his little sister read them all.
However, far from blaming him or getting angry at the things he had read, the little sister made a wonderful gesture: she filled the pages emotional messages of encouragement and left them there without saying anything, hoping he would find them.
“It can’t be. My little sister found my diary, the one the psychologist asked me to write,” the woman posted on her Twitter account, noting that “it is basically a diary suicidal, ”he confesses, pledging to use it as a therapy.
In the shared images he shared, you can read: “Come on, Val. I love you, Val, even if you don’t know it. I love you so much. Do not be discouraged, on the contrary, be very encouraged ”.
The messages that the sister wrote in her personal diary.
Other messages say: “This is a world where everyone must be happy”And are accompanied by drawings of butterflies, hearts and stars.
Not only that, apparently the little girl had been particularly attentive to her older sister for some days: “You don’t know the worst part! I just figured out why he hugged me a lot this week and he was like, ‘I love you, Val. Aaaaa, it destroys me, ”she confessed in another tweet.
The story of the sisters did not take long to thrill more than one hundred thousand users who made the tweet go viral and I filled the comments with applause and praise.
