At least 11 people were killed in Friday’s shooting in the central Montenegrin town of Cetinje, the Balkan state broadcaster reported.

Public broadcaster RTCG announced that the gunman was among the missing, “Eleven people were killed and six injured, including a police officer.” Said.

A police officer confirmed the balance to AFP, speaking on condition of anonymity.

According to RTCG, the shooting took place as part of a family dispute in Cetinje, about 36 km west of the Montenegrin capital, Podgorica.

The perpetrator of the massacre was killed by the police.

This is the deadliest incident in decades in this former Yugoslav republic on the Adriatic coast.
