“I have to do things in Parliament, don’t I?” the president is heard saying before getting back in his car and driving off.

Jair Bolsonaro, a 67-year-old former army captain, is running for re-election in October against former left-wing president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2010). Wilker Leao, who regularly posts videos asking supporters of different political parties provocative questions, calls Lula’s Workers’ Party (PT) “in bad shape.”
