At least 10 people died this Sunday and 15 others were injured in a multiple stabbing in the province of Saskatchewan, in the center of Canada.
In a press conference, the spokesperson said authorities have identified the alleged perpetrators of the attack. Damien Sanderson and Myles Sanderson. Both are unknown and are wanted by the police.
The alert was also extended to the neighboring provinces of Alberta and Manitoba, as the suspected killers were seen fleeing by car. His last known location was in the city of Regina, in the province, at 11:20 am.
The attackers allegedly attacked in 13 different locations, all in Saskatchewan, at around 5:40 am. “There may be more injuries,” Rhonda Blackmore of the local police said at a news conference. “We are intensely searching for suspects, we are dedicating maximum resources to the operation,” she added.
The police asked the locals to be very careful and stay indoors if possible.
“Do not approach suspicious people. Do not pick up hitchhikers. Report suspicious people, emergencies or information to 9-1-1. Do not disclose locations to the police,” police authorities demanded.
