Astrologer, doctor, and seer Michael de Nostredame – also known as Nostradamus – made several startling predictions, among which is an interpretation of his texts that hinted at war in Europe in 2022. President Vladimir Putin about a possible nuclear attack against the West in the context of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Vladimir Putin made new empty threats about the use of nuclear weapons in a possible war against European countries and said he would call 300,000 men to serve Russia. Should the conflict escalate and reach more countries, this may coincide with Nostradamus’ words that there could be an “invasion of France with a threat from the east”.

Nostradamus is credited with correctly predicting the Great Fire of London, the rise of German dictator Adolf Hitler, and the assassination of US President John F. Kennedy. A recurring theme in Nostradamus’ predictions is the invasion of France by a threat from the east, as experts have pointed out in his 1555 book “Les Prophéties” or “The Prophecies” with 942 predictions.

A war prediction in Europe is estimated to refer to 2022: “The blue head will injure the white head to such an extent that it should be good for both of France.”

As with all Nostradamus predictions, this one is rather vague, but is cited as a possible allusion to the start of World War 3, according to the Daily Star.

Putin’s bravado?

Despite Putin’s threats and predictions against Nostradamus, defense expert Anthony Glees, a professor at the University of Buckingham, reassured the British.

A few hours after Putin’s speech (21) yesterday, Glees told the Daily Star that Putin’s speeches were “nothing but a threat”.

“Putin is a KGB man and it was the KGB’s job to make threats – they were masters at it,” says the professor. “Since you will not send your soldiers to the radioactive region, they cannot carry out a nuclear attack in the region,” he said.

“Chernobyl is just below and lives in people’s memories. His lame threats, he admits he’s lost, and the threat of nuclear weapons is absurd, because a radioactive event will destroy exactly what he claims he wants. And the Russians understand that …”.

Professor Glees also noted that actions by NATO and some European countries, mainly to provide Ukraine with money and defensive weapons and to promote sanctions against Russian oligarchs, are the “right thing” to do.
