Twitter is having a chaotic week. Both from a technical point of view, with two global declines in less than a week, and from the point of view of its internal management. But Elon Musk takes no prisoners in his quest to make Twitter viable at all costs. The latest controversy involving the tycoon has Halli Thorleifsson as its victim, the Icelandic designer who spent days trying to access the internal system of Unsuccessful Twitter.

Thorleifsson joined the company shortly after acquiring his company in 2020, in a management role that didn’t require him to spend too many hours on the computer. In addition to his role as an entrepreneur, Halli is a major philanthropist in Iceland and was named Person of the Year in 2022 for his project to improve the accessibility of public spaces for wheelchair users.
