The Acadian and Francophone Society of Prince Edward Island (SAF’Île) is launching a “huge” recruitment campaign. Objective: create a bank of skills which will take as needed, for contractual assignments or part-time jobs.
At the microphone of Awakeningthe director of SAF’Ile explains in more detail this approach, which aims to strengthen the organizational capacities of the speaker, which is increasingly in demand.
” To meet demand, the ideal scenario would be to have five people in place, but the reality of funding does not allow us to do so. So we set up this process, we were looking for skills. It can be part time or full time depending on the need. “
