Ukraine’s president, Volodimir Zelenski, was one of the star “guests” -on Sunday- at the Grammy Awards ceremony at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas.
Through a video, the Ukrainian president addressed those present and the global audience of the grand prize of the music industry. “War … What is more against music? -they begin with their words-. “We are fighting against Russia which brings us horrible silence with its bombs. The silence of death. We fill the silence of your music, we fill it now. For our story. Tell the truth about this war on social media or TV.
“However, the music continues. We fill the silence of the music Give us all the support you can. We hope we can be as free as you were on the Grammy stage, ”Zelensky concluded in his video message, to applaud in the Grand Garden.
