Ongoing expenses increased by $ 235,951.0 million and capital expenditures by $ 13,914.8 million, for a total of $ 249,865.8 million.
However, the expense items are higher ($ 541,138.8 million) and are financed with a $ 291,273.0 million cut in “Treasury Obligations”a sort of reserve fund of the Treasury to finance part of the major expenses.
Most of the increase in appropriations for general expenses is concentrated in the Ministry of Social Development (140,728.7 million dollars), basically the programs “Actions of the National Program for Social Productive Inclusion and Local Development – Promoting Work” and “Food Policies”. And the expenses of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Security (113,773.5 million dollars) must cover the payment of social security benefits and family allowances.
According to the OPC, entries for “Social Programs” increase by $ 153.857 million.
The Ministry of security, for its part, is the third for the increase in spending (87,688.5 million dollars). The games have increased Naval Prefecture of Argentina, Pension Fund, Retirement and Pension Fund of the Federal Police, Airport Security Police and National Gendarmerie.
