  • supervisors: $782 per hour and $99,278.44 per month with no withdrawals. And $714 per hour and $89,128 per month, with pickup.

On the basis of the collective agreement, personnel who perform tasks falling into more than one category will be placed in the main one that they carry out on a permanent basis. In addition, the equivalent of 30% of the minimum wage established for each of the categories must be applied, if the person works in areas such as La Pampa, Río Negro, Chubut, Neuquén, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and the Atlantic Islands south, or in the Partido de Patagones of the province of Buenos Aires.

With this latest 24% adjustment agreed in December, and according to government sources, the annual increase in wages of private household workers between March 2022 and 2023 will be 119.8%. This increase will have an impact on wages minimums of employees working per hour and per month; and will benefit approximately 1,300,000 workers in the Casas Particulares.
