Unfortunately, due to the delay in launching the fourth version of PreViaje, will not affect Travel Sale purchases, (the online event for industry discounts) which is already underway and will last until April 2nd. In this case, local and foreign destinations are included. Pre-trip includes local destinations only.

According to the data managed by the Tourism portfolio, responsible for Matias Lammens, the budget for this edition is $20,000 million. Meanwhile, the top of the return to tourists on the expense they incurred on their purchase will again be around $ From 90,000 to $100,000 per personaccording to forecast update for inflation.

In the previous edition, the maximum amount was $70,000 because these were off-season rates. Another difference from the previous edition is that the term for using the credit will be longer, since it can be used throughout 2023 and not just for two months.

On this occasion, the program will have a price check. In other words, there will be maximum rates for accommodations taking into account the location and number of stars of the establishment. If the rate for a hotel exceeds the expected value from last year, that accommodation is disqualified from the benefit. Travel agencies also undertake not to change the amounts of excursions and transfers, as specified in Tourism.

According to an inspection carried out by the Secretary of Commerce, at least ten hotel facilities located in six different provinces will not be able to participater of subsequent editions of the PreViaje program, because they do not comply with the Price Agreement signed in August 2022.
