Alstom has sought arbitration against Bombardier Transportation in connection with its acquisition

French group Alstom announced on Tuesday that it has filed a request for arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce, accusing Bombardier of “violating certain contractual provisions” after the acquisition of Bombardier Transport, which ended in the first part of 2021.
