Carta Alimentare: when the increase is charged and who can access the ANSeS benefit

The government has organized a 35% increase in Food Benefit and others two increments quarterly for this year 2023.

The benefit of the Alimentar card is received by the families with children up to 14 years old who receive universal child benefit (Oh), the Universal Allowance for Disabled Children, the Pregnancy Allowance or the Contributory Pension for mothers of 7 or more children.

With the 35% increase, families who have the Alimentar card, with a son from 0 to 14 years, They will continue to receive $17,000.

Meanwhile, those families who have two kids between 0 and 14 years will receive $26,000; and those who have three or more children of that age will receive $34,000.

The government has said the new amounts will have an impact in the payment for the month of May.

Who can receive the Alimentary Card

They receive it:

  • Adults and adults with children up to age 14 receiving the AUH
  • People pregnant for three months of gestation who receive the pregnancy allowance

When is the Food Card charged?
