By Decree 216/2022published this Thursday in the Official Gazette, the Government has formalized the delivery of the IFE 4 2022 Income Reinforcement bonus for monotributists and unregistered informal workers, whose second phase of registration will begin this Thursday, as provided by ANSeS.
“INCOME REINFORCEMENT was initiated with national coverage as an exceptional non-contributory financial benefit intended to compensate for the loss of purchasing power of income by people without formal income and/or in a situation of socio-economic vulnerability. economic, particularly affected by the acceleration of the general level of prices “, read the decree containing the signatures of President Alberto Fernández; the chief of staff, Juan Manzur; and the Ministers of Labor, Claudius Moroni; and of Economics, Martín Guzmán.
The regulations specify that the amount of the benefit will be $ 18,000 and will be paid in two installments of $ 9,000 in May and $ 9,000 in June.
who gets paid
This benefit, as provided by the Government, is for the following people:
* Workers who receive income from the formation of informal and unregistered work activities and their income does not exceed the amount of two minimum wages.
* Unemployed people.
* Workers with employment relationship contracts registered at the time of employment reservation, except workers in the national, provincial, municipal public sector and in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
* Monotributistas of categories “A” and “B” and social Monotributistas.
* Workers and workers of private homes.
*People between 18 and 24 years old included, can access benefit collection when their family group income does not exceed the equivalent of 3 minimum wages.
What’s needed
To access benefits, people must meet the following requirements:
* Be Argentinean or native Argentine, by choice or naturalized or naturalized and residing in the country or foreigner or foreigners with legal residence in Argentina for at least 2 years prior to the request for allocation of money.
*Be between 18 and 65 years old.
*Do not receive income higher than the equivalent of two minimum wages.
*The applicant may not be under a registered dependency relationship with the national, provincial, municipal and/or Autonomous City of Buenos Aires public sector or the private sector. Monotributists registered in category C or higher, or in the self-employed regime are also not included. In addition, pensioners, pensioners and non-contributing pension recipients are not included.
*The applicant must be in a situation of economic and patrimonial vulnerability.
The procedure for accessing this benefit can be done through the ASeS website: www.anses.gob.ar or in person with delegations authorized for it from 8 am to 2 pm
Due to the large amount of demand to register, the ASeS website has some drawbacks and, therefore, the agency recommends to insist several times by doing F5 and testing after office hours, that is, after 3 : 00 pm
“Persons receiving the monetary allocation established by this decree will not be able to access the foreign exchange market for the purpose of obtaining foreign currency within 6 months from the effective receipt of the allocation,” it is indicated in the decree. .
