Omnibus Law: what is the definitive list of companies to be privatized, those left out and those that can only be sold partially

Of the original list of 41 companies that Javier Milei’s government intended to privatize when it first presented the Omnibus bill, YPF was the first to fall by the wayside.   • Constituent Technological Pole SA
  • Tandanor (Officine Navali Darsena Nord SACI and N.)
  • Stock market nation SA
  • Reinsurance nation SA
  • Pension Insurance Nation SA
  • National services SAH

In a second package there are:

  • The Railway Infrastructure Administration
  • Railway operator
  • Belgrano Cargo and Logistics
  • Argentine railways
  • Argentine air navigation company
  • Development of Railway Human Capital
  • Road corridors

And media and content companies:

  • The news agency Telam
  • To educate

  • Argentine radio and television

There is one company, Pellegrini, which is a mutual fund manager of Banco Nación, which was on the original list of companies to be privatized but has disappeared since the last count. It is not known whether the idea was to remove it or whether it fell by the wayside in the heat of negotiations.
