Claudio Moroni, Minister of Labor, issued new requirements for access to Repro II.
After the launch of the new Productive Recovery and Support Program (Repro) was made official, the Ministry of Labor identified the requirements that must be met to access this benefit, which was promoted in 2018 to serve companies in crisis and altered during the coronavirus pandemic.
by Resolution 562/2022published this Thursday in the Official Gazette, signed by Minister Claudio Moroni, specified the conditions necessary for the presentation of “Economic, productivity and labor recovery plan” included in resolution 420/2022 where the creation of the new Repro was made official, which came to replace the assistance programs in 2018 and 2019.
Within the conditions for accessing the program, the Ministry of Labor requires employers to demonstrate a recovery plan of “consistent, true and effective compliance.”
In this way, companies must prove the following requirements:
a. The reason for requesting access to the Program.
b. Cause of economic or productivity crisis.
c. Description of economic or productive crisis.
d. Actions to be taken to overcome the crisis economic or productivity, detailing the goals and objectives that must be met to achieve that goal.
at. Presenting a measurable goal quarterly.
F. Details of a measurable annual goal.
g. Declaration regarding company participation, stating whether it has controlled or related participation.
h. Declaration of the existence of reductions in working hours and/or suspensions in the last three months before claiming a benefit.
i. Statement regarding the company’s involvement in a Crisis Preventive Procedure.
J. Statement regarding receipt of subsidies of any kind or National, Provincial or Municipal State programs or benefits.
k. Details of the key clients they represent more than 30% of sales.
l. Details of the total monthly value regarding sales expressed in pesos and in units.
m. Description of the price list of up to 3 products or services in terms of relevance with respect to sales in pesos.
n. Information on historical data, which should come from the income statements of the last two balance sheets.
It was also established that private educational institutions enrolled in the program must state as a sworn statement “all subsidies received by the National, Provincial or Municipal State.” And specified that the institutions receiving the total amount as subsidy representing more than 40% of the total total wages of their workers during the reference month 2022, “they can’t access” to benefit.

Repro is an individual financial allocation to be paid to male and female workers, due to the payment of wages of employers attached to the Program, it was made explicit in resolution 420 of the Ministry of Labor published on 19 April.
Characteristics of wage subsidy
The amount to be taken by the State “is equal to 50% of the total wage up to a maximum of 50% of the amount of the Minimum Vital and Mobile Salary (SMVyM) implemented for each active employment relationship reached by the employer. Through the program . “

To access the benefit, it must be reasonable to go through a critical economic situation, according to the analysis of a set of equity, financial, economic indicators and parameters, to be determined by the REPRO Evaluation and Monitoring Committee.
In addition, it is required that “do not make staff reductions of more than 20% in interannual comparison at the time of requesting monetary assistance.”
