This Wednesday June 1 will begin work new billerwhere monotributists can issue tickets in three steps from a cell phone or computer. This was announced on Monday by AFIP.
The tool is aimed at small taxpayers in categories A, B and C, and social monotributists.
In order to issue their tickets and invoices, monotributists using the platform need to enter billing.afip.gob.ar using your CUIT and fiscal key to detail the data of the operation for which the receipt is issued. The tool offers the possibility to keep sessions active to perform operations for eight hours or more, something new that speeds up the billing procedure.
The service that can be installed from June 1 from afip.gob.ar/facturador allows save and view history of vouchers to share them via instant messaging and email. The new invoicer is considering the possibility of issuing tickets and type C credit notes, and viewing and downloading receipts previously issued.
The first step is to enter the biller and log in.
The second step is to select or create a point of sale.
Finally, the cost of the operation must be informed and charged.
Once the invoice has been created, it can be found by pressing the “receipts” button in the side menu. There you can consult, download or cancel.
“The new biller will simplify and expedite the issuance of vouchers to local businesses and small taxpayers,” AFIP head Mercedes Marcó del Pont said at an event at the agency’s headquarters where officials from the ministries of Labor, Agriculture, Productive Development and Social Development, along with representatives of business chambers and social movements.
Marcó del Pont stressed that “the new invoicer is a tool that fits the inclusive monotax project sent to the Congress of Executive Power. They are instruments that promote formalization and entry into the world of work.”
From AFIP, they reported that the tool was designed to simplify the billing of nearby businesses such as warehouses, bazaars, butchers, hardware stores and kiosks, among others. It can also be used by workers conducting trades such as carpentry, bicycle repair, electrician, blacksmith, plumber and mechanic, and so on.
