The restaurant chain El Club de la Milanesa has presented a mega expansion plan that includes the opening of 15 new stores in various locations across the country in the coming months. In this way it will reach more than 70 stores, with which it hopes to reach the 10 million customers a year.
In the next two months, the shops in Puerto Madero, Alto Avellaneda Shopping, Unicenter Shopping, Aeroparque, Villa Devoto, Munro, Mendoza (the fifth in the city, which will be launched this Tuesday) and the first in the city of San Juan will be inaugurated. . In the coming months, further openings will be made in cities in the south of the country such as Neuquén and Puerto Madryn, in line with the company’s federal expansion plan.
The investment for each new location varies between US $ 100,000 and US $ 300,000, depending on the size of the franchise. To respond to the new openings, the restaurant chain has made a significant investment in machinery and in the operational capacity of the production centers of Buenos Aires, Rosario and Córdoba, which will double the production capacity of milanesas. Local machinery suppliers were chosen for this technological development (excluding foreign proposals), with the aim of having a real impact on regional economies.

This series of launches implies not only more employees in the stores (waiters, cooks and executives), but also a significant investment in human resources in the central office: purchasing, administration, marketing, legal, design, product and supervisors.
Currently, the restaurant chain has more than 500,000 customers per month and 6 million per year. It already has more than 1,500 employees in the area directly and about 3,000 indirectly. Its annual turnover ranges between $ 6,000 million and $ 7,000 million. He has sold more than 40 million Milanese since it opened its doors in 2007.
With the new openings, El Club de la Milanesa expects to reach 10 million customers a year, increase your turnover by 30% and increase its direct employee base to over 1,800.

The Club de la Milanesa will add a new concept of fast food.
In this sense, some of the new franchises (Puerto Madero, Mendoza, Alto Avellaneda and Unicenter) will have a new format, called Club de la Milanesa +: the first Milanese fast food in the worldand also the pioneer in not using plastic in the region, who will work under the motto “eat guilt free, eat plastic free”.
This new format is based on three characteristics: simpler (it has a reduced menu and suitable for eating without cutlery), faster (fast food mode) and more busy (plastic-free).
