On the opening day of Expo Norte Grande, the 13th assembly of the governors of the northern region will be held, where the the energy agenda and the connectivity planamong other issues to be defined.

Under the motto “El Norte Grande exposes”, Chaco will host the first Expo of the Norte Grande Argentino, which will be held from 8 to 11 September at the Gala Convention Center, in the city of Resistencia.

SMEs, entrepreneurs, chambers and associations of the provinces of the region show their potential industrial, productive, touristic, commercial, gastronomic and cultural, and will be characterized by work shifts, forum of cultures, congress of entrepreneurs, integration tourism days and cultural activities with more than 100 artists from the ten provinces on stage. for the region.

“We try to strengthen regional unity and strengthen the strategic development of the Norte Grande”, said Governor Jorge Capitanich, who recalled that the holding of this event “emerged from our proposal, which was then accompanied by the other provinces and funded by the Federal Investment Council; it starts here in Chaco, but will then continue in other provinces in the region, ”the president commented.

“People will be able to visit this fair and meet a multitude of exhibitors and regional products; we produce everything from tobacco, cotton, soybeans, corn, poultry, pork, beef, lithium and hydrocarbons, among many other things. great source of biodiversity in Argentina, ”said the president of the province.

The event will be officially inaugurated on Thursday 8 September at 10.00. The meeting of the governors and mayors of the ten provinces that make up the Norte Grande will take place at 11:30, followed by a press conference.
