In the first two days of the soybean dollar, 2.13 million tonnes of operations were recorded

Transactions recorded at SIO-Granos on Tuesday amounted to 1.34 million tonnes of soybeans, including both new sales contracts and transaction settlements agreed before Tuesday, and excluding cancellations, as analyzed by Borsa del Rosario. .

This figure is 68% higher than Monday’s, bringing the total registered soybean business to 2.13 million tons in just two days, since the Export Increase Program came into effect which put the value of soybean in dollars, temporarily, at AR $ 200 / US $.

On Tuesday, the main entries in the registration volume were the new sales contracts entered into on Tuesday 6, with 663,000 tons. Their average value was $ 69,534, down 3% from Monday’s average. In second place are the fixings of the operations arranged before Tuesday 6 September for over 435,000 tons, at an average value of AR $ 70,447 / t.

In relation to the US dollar deals, soybean purchase contracts signed on Tuesday averaged US $ 391 / t, but for a volume of just 1,000 tons. For the companies set yesterday, however, the average value is more representative with about 45,000 tons recorded at US $ 359 / t.

The Slate rosary for Tuesday’s operations was finally set at AR $ 69,050 / t, 5% lower than the previous day’s trading. Converted into dollars at the reference value of AR $ 200 / US $, the reference for yesterday’s session is US $ 345 / t, down 5% from Monday.
