In the footage he uploaded to his Instagram Stories he is seen in front of a line of at least seven motorcycles who followed his car by honking the horn and doing “willy” -maneuvers on a wheel-. All in the context of an act in commemoration of the singer who passed away in the middle of this year.

The images quickly went viral. and queried by other users. Is that in the tribute several traffic rules are violated and the same mistakes are made that caused the fatal accident of the interpreter of the song “Tamos Chelo”, a hit during the summer of 2022.

Among these are many motorcycles that travel at high speed, some with more than one person on the seat and most without a helmet and doing stunts in the middle of the road.

The situation was recorded by L-Gante, who filmed himself carrying half of her body out the window of his vehicle. Another broken rule.

In dialogue with TN, Fabián Pons, president of the Latin American Road Observatory, repudiated the caravan and underlined: “If these are the people who represent us, if they are the people we idolize, how bad we are. How bad we are that we pay homage making the same mistake that led to the person’s death.”

And he added: “This speaks of our cultural marginality, especially in the culture of the street. What life has taken from you is what you are imitating on public roads. The beauty is that these images will have already reached the National Security Agency road and surely he will proceed in the same way that he has done with other famous people”.

In this sense, he underlined the danger of playing the “willy” with motorcycles: “The main thing is the back falling with the motorcycle falling on him. This also implies running over the person following this person. The motorcycle does not is willing to ride on a wheel. It is forbidden to do so on public roads.”

Finally, he revealed information to alert society: 53% of deaths in road accidents in Argentina are made by motorcyclists.

“This is something we need to pay attention to. The problem is that there is a great sense of impunity,” he concluded.

L-Ghent was criminally charged for failing to comply with traffic regulations

As Pons pointed out, the National Road Safety Agency acted quickly as a result of the events viralized by L-Gante, which it called “suicides”.

It was the director Pablo Martínez Carignano who condemned the caravan and reported that he had criminally charged the singer for violating the rules.

“Once again L-Gante makes (bad) news, with this video. After #Noba’s death, we spoke several times with his manager, Maxi El Brother, and we proposed him to organize a festival in memory of the boy in which gave all the kids a message of care for life,” he said, revealing conversations with the late Cumbiero’s entourage.

In the tweet thread, he said that after several attempts to carry out joint actions, they never succeeded.

”And now this“ tribute ”, as out of place as laughing out loud in the middle of a wake. It is perfect that L-Gante does not want to be an example of anything, but it is inadmissible that he encourages these suicidal behaviors ”, criticized Carignano .

And he condemned: “Due to these facts, we have taken the decision to file a criminal complaint against Elián Valenzuela for the offense set forth in article 193 bis of the penal code, consisting in promoting tests of skill with a vehicle on public roads. He now he will have to answer in court.
