If you’re used to reading Marvel comics, you’re probably already more than familiar with the Mighty Thor and the journey of Jane Foster to become the heroine, which will hit the big screen now, again played by Natalie Portmanin “Thor: Love and Thunder”.

However, what fans didn’t know was whether the character’s tragic backstory would also be adapted for theaters, and now, the sale of an official product inspired by the film may have confirmed that, yes, Jane will also have cancer in “Thor: Love and Thunder”.

In the description of a replica of the helmet of Mighty Thorsold by the store eaglemossit is possible to read: “Suffering from cancer, the astrophysicist and ex-girlfriend of Thor, Jane Foster, visited New Asgard and his life was changed forever. Mysteriously, the broken pieces of Mjolnir, the hammer of the thunder god, turned it into the Mighty Thor and gifted her with the superpowers of Thorso that he could fight the internal and external battles”.

In the comics, where she first appeared in 2014, the Mighty Thor give to Jane Foster extraordinary powers, but that doesn’t help her with her cancer. Because of her transformations, the chemotherapy toxins end up disappearing from her body and she gets worse and worse, which leads to her death.

“Thor: Love and Thunder” also features Chris Pratt how Peter Quill/star lord, Karen Gillan how nebulain addition to the other members of “Guardians of the Galaxy”, and Jeff Goldblum how Grand Master in the cast. Melissa McCarthy will interpret the “false version” of hellorole of Cate Blanchett in “Thor: Ragnarok”, in the theater troupe of Asgard, alongside by Matt Damon, Luke Hemsworth and Sam Neill.
