They join the cast this season. Diego Velázquez, Julieta Cardinali, Mariana Di Girolamo, Maite Lanata, Agustín Aristarán, Juan Ingaramo and Florencia Raggi.

Made of 6 chapters, The kingdomseason 2, follows the story of religious leader Emilio Vázquez Pena (Diego Peretti), who at the end of the first season, after the murder of his running mate, ends up running for president of the nation.

The first part and political dirt

That he had the players to come out to win the game, and overwhelmingly, was not up for debate. It was enough to appreciate the juicy acting poster of The kingdomNetflix’s political thriller, to be seduced almost instinctively.

But behind the visible team, which takes the field with spiked caps and a quality story to tell, there is the creative tactic that supports it: the Piñeiro-Piñeyro duo (Claudia and Marcelo) who, in addition to knowing the field as few with a lot of experience in other leagues, debuts as a duo in series format and does not disappoint.

Do you have weapons? Yes. And he knows how and when to pull the trigger so the bullet doesn’t get lost along the way.

politics and religion

Without substitutes or starters (because the supporting cast is up to the task of its protagonists), the acting dream team is a worthy ally of the 8-episode series, produced by K&S Films, whose hook is a crime. The trigger of a story full of outstanding issues which, more or less visible, and supported by great narrative and visual resources, leave you hungry for more.

Politics and religion plant the flag of entry. Universes collide and, at the same time, coexist in an electoral context, clarifying a single truth: there are no good guys or bad guys. And in those gray areas, where they intertwine and manage each other not only played in the great spheres of power, but also on an emotional/family level, it is the key. Or at least many answers, which will complete the puzzle.

While a large share of men surpass the upper echelons in both worlds…starting with Diego Peretti as Pastor Emilio, along with Chino Darín as right hand man-, they are women of character and well planted who pull the strings in parallel.

One of them, willing to take the reins of the most sensational case of her career, fits her size Nancy Duplaa (Roberta Candia), expert and authentic prosecutor like her acting.
