Madonna’s large family

The greatest hits performer in history was born into a house made up of seven other siblings: Paula (63), Christofer (62), Melanie (61), Martin (65), Jennifer (55), Mario (54) and the late Anthony. The childhood of the artist, spent in Michigan, was not easy, as his mother died at the age of 33 due to breast cancer.

Furthermore, after a few months, the father rebuilt his life with another woman, moving away from them until he completely lost contact with him. “I’ve come to feel incredibly alone”the Queen of Pop confessed to Ellen DeGeneres in 2010.

Following the family tradition, the singer has come to form a cozy home with their six children Lourdes, 27, Rocco, 23, David Banda, 18, Mercy James, 17, and twins Stella and Estere, 12. Most of them have inherited their mother’s artistic talent and are following in her footsteps in the world of entertainment, even if in various disciplines, from acting, like Rocco, fruit of her marriage to the English director Guy Ritchie, to modeling, in case of his eldest daughter.

New in development…
