After four albums touring the folklore of Latin America, Natalia Lafourcade returns to the field of staff to be harvested of all flowers, their first completely unreleased album in seven years. And she will present it live in Argentina.

“I had a great time visiting many genres and beautiful composers,” says Natalia. “And then I heard an internal call. In the midst of the pandemic I realized that I was hiding, which made me think and understand that I had to break the ice and go back to the recording studio.
an inner journey
The call soon became the album’s title track, triggering what involved an inner journey of three years of composition.
During this time, from her home in Veracruz, Natalia was maturing the 12 songs of the album. Life and death, love and heartbreak, like the great axes that rule the world, are the protagonists of this album that celebrates nature, acceptance, inclusion, femininity, ancestral, mysticism and healing.
Accompanied by a band of musicians from various territories, many from their hometown of Veracruz, this new concert invites the audience to immerse themselves in the universe of the Mexican artist, where emotions guide us through her career: from the presentation of her new album even those songs that are already part of our identity.

Natalia Lafourcade, composer and producer, It was the last in our country in 2018when presented to the Gran Rex musesan album in which great artists of Latin American music stand out, such as Violeta Parra, Agustín Lara, María Grever, Margarita Lecuona, among others.
Previously, the artist had already developed a relationship with the public in Argentina; in 2017 it was presented at La Trastienda and in 2015 at the Vorterix Theater.
After a hoot as a pop singer with hits like in 2000the singer-songwriter began this personal research way back in 2012, with the album Divine Woman, where he reversed the classics of Agustín Lara. Then came the award-winning Hasta La Raíz (2015), with songs by him and production by Cachorro López. And everything was completed with muses 1 and 2, which he recorded with Los Macorinos, a duo of veteran guitarists. There he combines interpretations of songs by great composers with his own lyrics.
“Instead of doing reggaeton or something modern, I bet with something close to native. I thought maybe it wouldn’t have the expected impact, but it didn’t. The response has reached an unthinkable magnitude, and that makes me realize I’m on the right track,” she said at the time.
