A tribute to women

“I wrote this beautiful song in a musical field and it came to me like a drop from heaven, because I have long wanted to pay tribute to women. For me the most important thing about this song is that the protagonist was not me, but it was really these spectacular women and all the women of the whole world who will feel identified,” said Maluma during the shooting of the emotional video.

The party for the World Cup and the criticisms

A couple of months ago, with The coronation of Argentina at the World Cup in QatarMaluma has been roundly criticized for his celebrations of our team’s triumph.

When Gonzalo Montiel kicks the last shot that makes Argentina world champion, the singer throws himself on the ground and then runs away.

Then, dressed in the Argentine shirt and the legend of Maradona on his back, he heads towards the garden, takes everything out of his pockets and dives into the pool, euphoric, spinning in the air.

“Bitch, champion of Argentina son of a bitch…”, he shouts excitedly while behind him a girl can be seen sitting observing the situation and her friends are recording and shouting “Let’s go Argentina”.

But such joy did not go down to his compatriots, who criticized the artist’s celebration on social media. “He bet all his fortune, otherwise what a pity” and “I was happy for Messi and Armani, but doing so being from another team, at least it’s because I won a very big bet” were some of the comments.

“Let’s say this man is not Colombian, so others don’t give us pain”, “The pain of others with this man, what kind of disastrous ticket”, “What a lack of identity”, they continued.
