Hulu’s New Romance Movie Stars Joel Kim Booster

“Fire Island” will be released on Hulu in June – Disclosure / Hulu

Hulu released on Monday (25) the full trailer of “Fire Island”, an LGBTQIA+ comedy inspired by the classic novel “Pride and Prejudice” by Jane Austen.

According to the synopsis, the film revolves around two best friends who embark on a vacation trip to the famous Fire Island. The place is known as the perfect place to meet among the queer community and promises many surprises for the duo.

“Fire Island” is starring Joel Kim Booster (“Shrill”), who also penned the script. Bowen Yang, Margaret Cho, James Scully, Zane Phillips, Conrad Ricamora, Matt Rogers and Nick Adams complete the film’s cast.

with direction of Andrew Ahn (“Spa Night” and “Driveways”), the film premieres on Hulu on June 3 in the United States. In Brazil, the film should arrive through Star+.
