Too bad the most watched show on television last year (and so far this one) I ended up moving like I was about to be picked up.. On Argentine TV, when a cycle doesn’t work, it resorts to all kinds of resources and fades away before the anticipated end. And, far from that would be a failure, Big Brother got on that cable car without apparent need.

We’ve heard this many times already, from the driver, this “this has happened in other countries, guys” OR “This is part of the game and it always happens, don’t worry”. That justification of Santiago del Moro sounded every time people entered the house…after all.

While it is true that the Dutch size has a certain elasticityand that it can be adapted to the needs of each country, it is supposed what must be protected like gold is insulation. That’s what GH is all about: a reality of confinement.

More than one will be able to say that the birth, in a certain way, was guaranteed because none of the three finalists –Juliet, Nacho and Marcos– left the house in more than five months. they integrated the initial team of 18 participants who crossed the threshold on Monday 17 October to start the tenth edition of the program in Argentina.

This door has been opened for your passage

But between that day and today, the famous door that was set up to expel rather than receive was spent to welcome.

‘Hi how are things’ to the new repechage (Ariel AND Camillaon a classic game card), ‘Hi how are things’ to three who had already been to play again (Juliana, Daniela and Agustin)…

‘Hi how are things’ TO The Torah (which was able to come back when GH took Juliana off the game for talking more than necessary), ‘Hi how are things’ six relatives to stay a few days and finally (some) stayed for two weeks, ‘Hi how are things’ TO Alpha so that comes back for a while (not yet figured out what went in, other than still heating up the rating and boy did he get it that night). Go ahead…

‘Hi how are things’ other family members of the four semifinalists (including Rominowho left last Sunday) so that they can spend a few hours at home, ‘Hi how are things’ a few days later to Marcos’ brother who hadn’t arrived in time for the family reunion and, now, ‘Hi How are you’ the first three eliminated.

The one who was fired returns without being voted

Why did they enter, more than one will have asked? AND The three who resist giving birth have to keep asking him, according to their faces. And his gestures.

According to the production, they entered “campaign for each of the three finalists”. But interestingly, they’re also not the three most TV personalities among the exes (like yes, they could be Coty or Alfa, spicy, controversial, generating content) nor the three most loved by Julieta, Nacho and Marcos.

on this side of the screen it’s hard to understand a pro campaign when you don’t choose between parties. If he could, he would surely have chosen Daniela, Nacho La Tora and Marcos Agustín. There would have been three teams in which, at least, as viewers, one could find harmony and even affection.

It’s also true that GH is not a friends club. And that making friends is life. But it is no less true that, to be clear – at least – with the viewer, it is better to do so don’t reinvent so many rules to keep juicing an orange that has already borne fruit.

The night in late December when Agustín and Daniela returned. Later, La Tora got his chance.

Stretching and the “new rules” that force us to argue which – according to the pulse of the networks and word of mouth in offices, bars and elevators – do not understand each other well, they end up overshadowing a program that has been able to shine in terms of ratings on a TV in stasis.

There will be those who will say it this Monday, with the incomprehensible (for most of the public, other exes and the three finalists) return of Owner, Martina and Mora (eliminations that many people paid for at the time, voting in 9009), the evaluation proved the production right: it was the most viewed of the day with an average of 22.9 pointsvery high for the times that run.

Of course, there was also waiting to see what attitude the program would take on the arrest of Marcelo Corazza, winner of the 2001 edition and current producer of the cycle, in the context of a case of corruption of minors.

AND Santiago del Moro was up to it, committed, beyond the statement of the channel: “For me personally, as a person, as a human being and as a father, it is a place that is very difficult for me to reach and what I always ask for is absolute justice. And if you’re guilty, the worst of punishments. I don’t have any kind of pious look regarding this offence”.

This is how Monday’s gala opened, between reality and harsh reality.

High ratings are welcome, there’s no doubt about that, especially when streaming and the lack of local productions are hidden. But, beyond the numbers, this GH didn’t need to break the rules so much.

It’s true that many of them are made for someone to break, but If we play lockdown, don’t fill my house with people, come on Big.
