From Maradona to “Leo”, Dybala, “El Dibu” and Shakira: the special mentions of Bizarrap’s Music Session #54 with Arcangel

Bizarrap premiered their Music Session #54 this Wednesday night with Arcangel. The subject, which in about six hours amassed nearly seven million viewsreflected the story of the overcoming of the Puerto Rican reggaeton icon, but at the same time introduced characters such as Diego Maradona, “Leo” (for Messi), Paulo Dybala, “El Dibu” (in reference to Martínez) and Shakira, in various phrases that broke several records in his previous collaboration with the Argentinian producer.

For starters, after highlighting his growth in the music business, Arcangel states in the lyrics that his “legendary flow He doesn’t have an opponent like Maradona on the field”.

In another passage of the song, the Caribbean rapper celebrated his artistic encounter with Bizarrap, a “combination of Dybala with Leo”. Subsequently, Arcangel proclaimed himself a winner within the music industry and recited: “The contest is palto (sic) and like the Dibu for the bug gave me the trophy”. The obvious reference was the celebration the Argentine goalkeeper felt after being recognized with the golden glove at the World Cup, bringing that award to his genitals.

The last of the Music Session #54 links was related to Shakira, the star of Music Session #53 dedicated to her ex-husband Gerard Piqué, which launched on January 11 and quickly became a worldwide hit. “I rested for a couple of years and came back and hit it. Killing them like Shakira with Piqué”, was the analogy of the Archangel.
