As a result of the death of lead comedian Tristan Díaz Ocampo last Saturday, in the Intruders program (America, Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 15:45) last Tuesday they recalled the trial that Cinthia Fernández had initiated against himin which she accused him of gender-based violence and sexual harassment.
When remembering the recently deceased comedian, Florencia de la V was full of praise for him speaking of his personal experience in the theatre: “He was a very generous person to me, who taught me a lot”.
Then the presenter revealed that the actor, who died at the age of 86, was a very important part of his professional career: “A lot of what I did in my early days in the middle had to do with her advice.”. “What he did on stage was unique,” she said of her work.
Contrary to what Cinthia Fernández said about Díaz Ocampo, de la V recounted what it was like to share the stage with him and which side he is on in this confrontation: “I can speak from personal experience and in the jobs I’ve worked on, with well-known people, the truth is, I’ve never seen it (abuse or harassment)”.
“I’ve never seen him attack or say anythingHe is a person who has worked all his life and at the time he made the Argentines very happy”, continued the journalist with the defense of the actor who died last Saturday and whose artistic career he retraced.
After seeing an interview with Fernández on this matter, in which she highlighted that she “the death of the artist neither goes nor goes” because “there is one molester less”, Flor didn’t agree with what she said because “Tristan can’t defend himself“.
And finally, the landlord he criticized his colleague’s way of expressing himselfboth to talk about this topic and others: “Cinthia is vehement about everything”.
Cinthia Fernández’s answer
Upon hearing these words in Intruders, the speaker responded to the actress via her Twitter account: “I expected no less, too bad you don’t see something that all the media knew.”
“And finally, if you haven’t seen it and it hasn’t happened to you, It doesn’t mean that the rest of the women, who report this degenerate’s harassment, haven’t experienced it“, underlined the former candidate for deputy against Florencia de la V.
Soon after, Fernández listed the women who reported harassment by the late actor to show that his terrible experience wasn’t the only one: “Here’s why you didn’t find out: Rita Pauls, Cecilia Roth, Karen Reichardt and I…and I could go on with girls who don’t know each other.”
Faced with this cascade of tweets, a follower decided to enter the discussion and ironically asked Fernández about the Intruders host: “Is it the same one that left you without a job?”
Without hesitationCinthia publicly responded on the bird’s social network: “Yes, the same.” With this accusation he closed this chapter of a new fight against the person who hosts the classic program of shows on the América channel in the afternoon.
