A Tik Tok user, Joaquina Roblesuploaded to that social network a video in which he recounted his personal experience with Jey Mammón, who he had as a teacher of catechesis, and remembered the reason why he had been expelled from his school.
“I’m going to talk about an extremely delicate subject, so I will try to measure my words,” this young woman began her statement on social media.
In the video, which went viral, Joaquina said: “I was a student of Jey Mammón at school, he was my catechism teacherAbout seventeen years ago, I was in fifth or sixth or seventh grade.”
“My school has given itself a name lately, they named it THEY, Some time ago Jey Mammón said they kicked him out and that’s true.”revealed what the now accused of sexual abuse had said.
“Why they kicked him out, I don’t have the exact data, but I know something happened and there was something in between“This girl recalled that episode that the driver also spoke about and, although the young woman admitted that she did not know the reasons, she promised to find out the truth.
While not knowing the causes that led to the dismissal of the teacher of the Palermo school, the person who recorded the TikTok demanded explanations: “He says he was fired, but he doesn’t say why he was fired.”
“He said at the time that he had been involved in a family and that the school didn’t like him at all”Joaquina recalled what Jey said in an interview with Ángel de Brito for THEY.
“He started a debate about what teachers need to be involved with students“, he recalled about that fragment of the passage of the driver through the cycle of America.
“I agree with this up to a point, because that’s what the educational psychologist is for that there was in the school, that is, if Jey saw things or they said things to her, it was there for that, not him”, this former student defined the role that everyone should have within the institution, in her opinion.
“Equally, I will say something about the school, I’m not here to defend it, but precisely My school was very emotionally involved with the student, they took great care of me”Robles recalled his personal experience.
Regarding his academic time there and his relationship with other former classmates, he acknowledged: “Clearly, this was 17 years ago, in primary school where you lose contact with many people, because they didn’t end up in that school, even if in my case they did”.
And in this sense he made a request to those who listened to his defense: “If there is anyone who wants to say something or is not encouraged or something has happened to him, he knows that he can count on meThat’s it, nothing else I meant, because I’ve lost touch with those people.”
In the end, the tiktoker ended with a phone call to whoever is dealing with the case of Jey Mammón, who now lives in Madrid: “If all that is being discussed is real, let justice be done.”
The day Jey Mammón said he was fired from his teaching position
After the complaint of Lucas Benvenuto for sexual abuse, several old interviews have gone viral to the driver related to this topic.
One of them came from his passage THEYthe cycle led by Ángel de Brito, in which he recalled the moment in which he was fired from his position as catechist in a school in Palermo.
“There was a boy his parents were supposed to beat himI wanted to be involved in that story and well… Sometimes being involved ends up being worse”, was the explanation the artist gave at the time.
In this sense, despite his personal experience as a teacher, he underlined: “I’m not saying they fired me for this, I just I say you have to put in the effort even if the cost ends up being highlike in my case”.
“That was a long time ago and I can’t vouch for why they kicked me out. I think they fired me because I was a bad catechist”, he himself described his work as a religion teacher, although He admitted that he was unaware of the reasons why the authorities made this decision.
