New images from the third season of “Love, Victor” are released

Final season of the series premieres on June 15

Michael Cimino is the protagonist of “Love, Victor” – Disclosure / Star+

EW magazine released exclusively on Wednesday (27) the first images of the third season of “Love, Victor”, a series derived from “With Love, Simon”. The photos show Victor talking to Benji and Rahim peeking out the window, without spoiling the big mystery surrounding the season two finale. Check out:

For those who don’t remember, the end of the second season of “Love, Victor” shows Victor (Michael Cimino) needing to make a choice that will change the series’ destiny: to resume dating Benji (George Sear) or live a romance with Rahim (Anthony Keyvan). However, when he makes his decision and goes to meet one of the guys, the episode ends the moment he rings the doorbell of one of them, without revealing who he was visiting.

Derived from “With Love, Simon”, a book by Becky Albertalli which has been adapted for the big screen, the first season features Victor Salazar, a teenager going through a phase of self-discovery as he faces family conflicts at home, adjusts to his new city, new school and his sexual orientation.

In the new episodes, he faces his parents after coming out to be homosexual. After living the summer dreams next to Benji even without having 100% of his parents’ support, he returns to school and discovers that not everything is going well: his position on the basketball team is being put to the test due to his sexuality; Mia (Rachel Hilson) still suffers from the end of their relationship; Furthermore, friends of Benji they don’t seem to approve of it.

The actor Nick Robinson, protagonist of “Love, Simon”, is the executive producer of the series and has made cameos in the two seasons of the series as a mentor to Victor. The two complete seasons are available in the Star+ catalogue.

The third and final season of “Love, Victor” premieres on June 15th. Star+ has not yet confirmed whether it will make a simultaneous debut in Brazil.
