On Monday, Susana Gimenez He welcomed the arrival of his 80th birthday and celebrated it with a big party in Punta del Este, Uruguay. As it could not be otherwise, important people such as Ricardo Darín, Cristian Castro, Marcela Tinayre and Marley, among others, participated.
Last night, the famous house that “La Su” has in the nearby town, called “La Mary” hosted an important event, nothing more and nothing less than the celebration of the great Argentine diva’s eightieth birthday.
The property took its name from the film in which Susana starred with Carlos Monzón, under the direction of Daniel Tinayre. The place consists of 17 hectares and a villa with enough space to receive all guests.
The actress is working in Uruguay, where she starred in the comedy Judas skinwith which he said goodbye to the stage with a final performance last Saturday at the Enjoy in Punta del Este (ex Conrad).
Even though the meeting was very private and participants were asked not to take private photos, they were all filmed arriving on site in their different cars.
Among them were: Ricardo Darín, friend and former partner of the birthday girl; Marley, Humberto Tortonese and Elizabeth Vernaci, close friends of Giménez; and Gustavo Yankelevich, historic producer of Telefe, where Susana had her iconic program Hi Susanna.
Figures linked to the diva from the world of fashion and entertainment such as the designer Gino Bogani, Teté Coustarot, Marcela Tinayre, Fernando Burlando, Roberto Moldavsky and Oscar “el Negro” González Oro joined.
Also present were international celebrities such as singer Cristian Castro, Susana is a good friend of her mother Verónica, and the famous Uruguayan chef Sergio Puglia.
María Susana Giménez Aubert’s family also said “present”, so her brothers Patricio and Carolina could be seen arriving at the scene.
Mirtha Legrand: the great absentee on Susana Giménez’s birthday
The lunch diva had already brought Saturday evening forward in her schedule Mirtha’s night (El Trece, Saturday at 9.30pm) who could not attend the celebration because it took place in Uruguay, but was in charge of sending best wishes to her friend.
