“Big Brother, beyond reality”: Licha, the trauma he suffered in adolescence and what led him to a sensational change in life

However, Licha was not always this way, nor was he seen as a heartthrob. During his childhood in Lomas de Zamora he was shy and part of his shyness was due to the fact that he wore glasses, which traumatized him during adolescence.

In dialogue with Clarionthe former Telefe cycle participant spoke about the ridicule he received at school, but also clarified that this whole situation was what pushed him to make a big physical change.

“I said I’ve always been big, I’ve always been tall. So no one made fun of me at school,” she added.

But despite being shy, at some point in his life Licha undertook a physical change that was reflected Big Brother and, although he admits to having been shy in his pre-adolescence, he revealed that he stopped being shy to develop a charisma that led him to be part of one of the most watched programs.

“In particular, I’ve always been rather complex about the topic of goals. “I wear contact lenses and never show myself with glasses,” explained the former reality TV participant.

And he clarified that although he was seen wearing glasses a couple of times on the programme, he wore them before bed when he took out his contact lenses, but never used them “during the day”.

Regarding the activities he started doing to transform his physique, Licha explained: “That’s when I started playing rugby. I mean, I was already playing at school, but I started playing club, I played tennis and when I stopped playing rugby that’s when I made the biggest change physically.

“Because when I stopped playing I gained a lot of weight. I gained about fifteen kilos. One day I said to myself ‘Hey, I don’t like being like this’. I went to a nutritionist, started training, lost twenty-five kilos in seven months. A gang. And there I understood something more about what fitness is, which I love,” she added in this regard.
