Second Sorcerer Supreme movie hits theaters this Thursday, May 5th
The premiere of “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”, which took place later this week in Los Angeles, United States, was very revealing for true MCU fans who are looking forward to the film’s premiere. However, for Kevin Feigenot everything was perfect, and there was one factor that left him unsatisfied of all the rest.
speaking again of spoilersin a brief interview, the president of Marvel Studios said that “There’s been a lot in the trailers, I don’t want to talk about anything else. But I will say Sam [Raimi] made this movie to be experienced on screen, and it’s even the first time that 3D was really taken into consideration too, because Strange’s first movie in my opinion, was the best 3D movie ever, and this one will now be side by side”.
This isn’t the first time Feige comments on the leak of information and the “showing too much”, as has happened in the previews of “Doctor Strange 2”. During another interview, the executive revealed how it is increasingly difficult to keep secrets about MCU productions these days.
“The unfortunate truth is that it’s impossible to avoid, but you have to make sure the experience will work, whether or not it leaked spoilers,” he said. “But in many ways, ‘No Homecoming’ has shown that this doesn’t diminish the experience, so we will continue to do the best we can, but more importantly, deliver the movie or series that will deliver that, even if you know what will happen”scored.
Despite everything, even without the official arrival in theaters – yet -, “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” is already a hit among viewers. The sequel will be set shortly after the events of the third film from Peter parker (Tom Holland), “Spider-Man: No Homecoming”, in which Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) helps make the world forget the hero’s true identity. The story shows the mirrored world out of control, having to go after Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) to help you face this new danger.
The film is directed by Sam Raimi (from “Spider-Man”, 2002 film and the first adaptation live action of the Neighborhood Friend). The cast also includes the newcomer to the MCU Xochitl Gomez, in the role of America Chavez; Rachel McAdams how Christine Palmer; Benedict Wong reprising Wong; Patrick Stewart returning as the Professor Xavier; Chiwetel Ejiofor in the role of bite; and Hayley Atwell living the Captain Carter.
