The Scarlet Witch interpreter also spoke about his admiration for the eternal Black Widow
Elizabeth Olsen returned to the spotlight after reprising his role as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch in “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”, and recounted in a recent interview with Variety, advice received by none other than Scarlett Johansson (“Black Widow”) to carry out major Marvel productions.
“She makes everyone part of the team and excited to go to work”said olsen. “She has a unique vitality. She’s got a lot of confidence being so young, and, I mean, I was 25 when I started and… She was doing a lot better than I was when I started. Shocking”continued.
Then the actress also told how scarlett remains a great inspiration for his work. “I still look up to Scarlett. So it’s amazing what we’ve been through together… […] I mean, Scarlett is still about my age, but I still look up to her and listen to her advice and her opinions. I’m too shy to ask for advice. It was really from watching her.”said Elizabeth during the red carpet of “Doctor Strange 2”.

olsen took the role Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch in the post-credits scene of “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” (2014). She returned as one of the villains in “Wanda in Avengers: Age of Ultron” (2015), in which she served as one of Hydra’s experimental test subjects alongside her twin brother, Pietro Maximoff (Aaron Taylor-Johnson). She even returned as part of Earth’s greatest group of heroes in “Captain America: Civil War” (2016), “Avengers: Infinity War” (2018) and “Avengers: Endgame”. In 2020, the actress starred in the series “WandaVision”, which marked the first partnership between Marvel and Disney+.
